Anker represents and advises both foreign and domestic clients with foreign investment on all matters related to the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the Foreign Investment Act and its regulations. Our practice in this area includes obtaining government authorizations so that the participation of foreign investment in such companies is higher when this is allowed, or such participation is carried out through neutral investment or other schemes permitted by the Foreign Investment Act and its regulations.
