Anker has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign clients in connection with public tendering, restricted invitation and direct award of contracts and concessions with government authorities at all three levels of government, federal and parastatal public administration entities and agencies. Our practice includes providing legal and regulatory advice to our clients at all stages of the above-mentioned procedures: from the publication of the respective bases and advice at clarification boards, to the conclusion of contracts or the granting of the corresponding concessions.
