Our lawyers have developed a specialized practice in the area of data protection. Our Firm's experience includes the analysis of the applicable regulation for compliance with it by domestic and international clients who carry out activities of collection, processing, use and transfer of personal data and sensitive personal data, in order to determine the obligations related to them.

We advise clients with the review and preparation of information privacy policies and guidelines for their management, as well as for their compliance with Mexican legislation, and with the preparation of privacy notices for those activities where they are required. We also represent clients in administrative proceedings before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
