Alexis Said

Alexis specializes in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions; real estate and infrastructure law and industrial property law, focusing on the negotiation and drafting of all types of documents and agreements in such matters. In 2013 she participated in the Amparo Law Seminar and in December 2015 she obtained her Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Prior to joining Anker Abogados, she was part of the law firm KNP Abogados, S.C., where she was an intern.

Recent Experience in Relevant Matters

• She has acted as an associate in the representation of an international company engaged in the provision of telecommunications services for the execution of leases and acquisition of real estate throughout the Mexican Republic.
• She has acted as an associate in the representation of a company engaged in maritime and aeronautical transportation for the acquisition of several aircraft and tankers.
• She has acted as an associate representing a corporate group in the acquisition of real estate in Mexico for the development of real estate projects.
• She has acted as an associate in the representation of an Industrial Park, located in a Special Economic Zone, focused on the provision of logistics services, agribusiness, manufacturing, technologies, electrical substation, among others.
• She participated in the acquisition and transfer of rights of a sports team, member of the Mexican Professional Baseball League.
• She has participated as an associate in the negotiation and execution of several subscription and shareholder agreements, as well as acquisitions, sales, mergers and corporate restructurings of relevant companies in different industries.
• She has participated in the negotiation and execution of several franchising, licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights related to trademarks and copyrights.
• She has acted and participated in the acquisition and transfer of rights of a sports team, member of the Canadian Premier League.
• She has participated in the negotiation and execution of various credit transactions.
