Miguel A. Ortega

Miguel Angel specializes in civil and commercial litigation. In 2015, he graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, obtaining a Law Degree with pre-diploma studies in Civil Law; prior to joining Anker Abogados, he collaborated in the firms Villasante y Freyman, S.C., Bufete Ostos (Ostos y Pesquera Asociados S.C.) as an associate attorney.

Recent Experience in Relevant Matters

• Advising and representing Multi-Banking Institutions, Financial Companies and Investment Corporations, Insurance Institutions, as well as companies engaged in real estate leasing, automotive industry, in civil and commercial proceedings.
• Representing Banking Institutions and Leasing Companies in the defense of their credits in bankruptcy proceedings.
