Maricarmen specializes in intellectual property, corporate law, mergers, and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, particularly in international trade and intellectual property. She advises clients on international transactions, international joint ventures, foreign investment, corporate and intellectual property matters as well as tax, labor, administrative, commercial, and civil proceedings, trademarks and licensing agreements, in addition to general corporate practice. Prior to joining Anker Abogados, she worked on several law firms, as well as companies, participating in several national and international corporate transactions.
