Frida Núñez A.

Frida specializes in Corporate Law with experience in mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, transformations, corporate restructuring, contracts, due diligence processes and regulatory compliance. She has also worked in the Intellectual Property area, registering trademarks before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) and copyrights before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR). She joined Anker Abogados in 2019.

In addition, Frida is a member of the board of directors of one authorized “Sociedad Financiera Popular” in México and is an affiliate of Abogadas MX, A.C.
